V for Versatility Vest

There are V-necks, and then there are V-necks you love. Like this one. Tossed over a T and jeans, or a poplin and chinos, it covers all the bases all season long. Classic, but with a shallower neckline and contrast tipping for a modernist edge. Ribbed trim along the neck and cuffs. Knit from supersoft lambswool with a touch of nylon for durability. Relaxed fit. Dry clean. Imported in Heather Gray; Thyme; Indigo; Burgundy.

I ordered an XL vest in egg plant. The sweater has no shape and literally hangs on my body. The bottom is outstretched (unlike the photos that show some elasticity at the bottom). Also, the length of the XL is extra long. My first real disappointment with TA product.

I get tired of going to the department stores that all have the same things. This vest has a uniqueness that can't be purchased in the Big Box department stores. It offers a bit of dressiness and also casualness.

Quality and style of this item are great! Can be worn informally or more dressy with a tie. Shallower neckline looks nice. Got this on sale. Looking forward to wearing it when cooler weather gets here.

It's true ... you can either dress this vest up with a sharp white dress shirt or throw it over a T-shirt. Hangs nicely and very comfortable. The ticking around the collar is a great touch.
